Project Description
This sequence documents an older narrow tank with corrosion near the top, measurement of the available opening, and placement of a new Rheem Performance tank water heater in the same constrained area.
The Challenge
The key challenge was the limited clearance. The water heater replacement needed to fit the measured space while leaving reasonable access to the controls and service connections after the older tank was removed.
